See Who I am
Name: Sarenti -- call her sari.
Gender: female
Age: 3 years old
Appearance: Sari is an average looking wolf. Her fur is a pitch black, with lighter hues of blacks and grays. The fur is normally pretty thick, though soft. Her front paws fade to a light grey, flecked with black. Sarenti is small for a wolf, only 30". This is because of her being the runt of the litter. Her eyes are a startling icey blue with a filmy covering, revealing that she is blind. Though she has some scars, there are no true battle scars. Sari had never really liked to be in fights and mostly ran from them. The scars that she has are from her tripping and falling. Though she does have two scars that are distinctly not from tripping over a tree root. Sarenti had gotten attacked by a cougar when she was younger, though it was nothing extremely serious. The scar is located on her flank; two claw marks. The first is about 2 inches long while the other runs parallel next to it, though its smaller. There are some burn marks from a forest fire that happened when Sari was younger also. Sari has long, slender legs that could have been used, though with her blindness, its hard to run at top speed when you can't tell where trees or rocks are.

Who am I?
Personality: Sari is overall a very sweet and kind wolf. She doesn't get into many arguments, though she will defend herself verbally. She's extremely against fighting, she will lose if she does get into a fight, which is why she avoids them. Sari is quiet, not really shy, just....quiet. After being teased of her blindness all her life, she's learned to shut up and take it. Though she does hate it when wolves make fun of her, she normally just ignores it and toughs it out. Sarenti dislikes hunting. Though she does love the taste of a freshly killed piece of prey, she just hates hunting for herself. Well, most of the time it ends up like scavenging for herself. Since she is blind, hunting is one of the hardest things. If she doesn't find prey or a carcass, she'll most likely die. Also, because of her deformity, she might not live as long as most wolves do, sadly--and Sari knows it. Actually, its very abnormal for her to even live as long as she has.
Who I am Hates Who I’ve Been
History: Sari was born in a small pack made up of her father, mother, two brothers, her aunt and herself. Her mother gave birth to her and her brothers one snowy spring morning. At first when her mother noticed that the pup had a hard time moving along, she thought that it was just because she was the runt of the litter. Though as she got older, her eyes gave away that she was blind. Her mother grieved over how Sari would never be able to hunt, fight, or just be a normal wolf. When her brothers started learning to hunt with their mother, Sari stayed back with her aunt, forbidden to hunt with the others in her pack. Though her aunt, who loved Sari as if she were her own pup, taught her to hunt smaller animals. It took a long time for both Sari and her aunt to figure out, she learned to hunt using only her ears and nose. It still is very difficult to hunt, though it works. As Sari aged, the more she was left behind while the others hunted and defended their small chunk of territory. Her aunt, who chose to stay with Sari most of the time, became more of a mother than her real mother. Her real mother had simply ignored Sari when she was weaned. She was displeased in the way that her daughter turned out. One hot summer day sometime later in Sari's life, a forest fire broke out and destroyed the forest and all inhabitants with in it. This forest was large, and held two wolf packs, a herd of elk and many other animals. Though when it started, Sari was the first to scent it. She told her aunt and the two females got out of the fire with few burns and scratches. That moment was one of the greatest in her life, the feeling that she had just saved herself and her aunt. As for the rest of her family, they all burned in the fire. Sari grieved for them, though not much. They had never paid attention to her, or even bothered to take care of her. She had her aunt, and that was all that mattered. When Sari was 2 1/2 years old, after a year of searching for a pack, her aunt died of old age. Sari sorrowed over this, but continued to travel, searching for a pack. Now, she needed one more than ever. Though, this life of a loner, wasn't as bad as her aunt had always told her. She doesn't know whether or not she wants to join a pack now.
