Spring
Mating: No Birthing: Yes It's spring time! Flowers are blooming left and right, temperatures and weather is ultimately confusing to the wolves, raining one day, dry and warm the next. Temperatures rising and falling from the Low 80's, to the high 70's. Newborn pups are running around playing with each other, and there is a good feeling in the air. Prey is plentiful, streams are full, and plants are bursting with life. Better take advantage of it while it still lasts.

Updates 10.14.10 There's a new Skin, currently [and lamely titled] "Admin Got Bored". I'm trying to figure out how to make nicer looking skins, and I've always been a fan of Grey colored Skins. So I wanted to give it a little test run. [: I Don't know yet, if I'm going to keep it, but just so you all know, I AM trying to make more graphics for the site, my resources are just limited at the moment... Bear with me! <3-Talu
9.12.10 Site went through another change. Check out the side tables. Yeah, that took two hours. Haha, please enjoy them. If not, well, screw it. They're gonna be there for a while. Hopefully more graphics will be coming soon. If you like them, that is. :3 -- Talu

This is where you can post all the information on all of your characters. You can make as many threads as you like in here, but only one is really necessary.
This is where you will go to create your character. The Character form is inside. If you haven't made your bio within a weeks notice of making your account, it will be deleted. (Unless you give us a reason).
Here is where all the auditions for our special wolves will go. The rules for auditioning for each wolf will be posted inside each specific thread, but the basic information is that you must fill out a bio form for the Special you are auditioning for, and make sure you have an audition post using the character you are auditioning for that is 250-300+ words long. These specials are limited and rare, so we want strong role-players for them.
Here is where you come to state that your female is pregnant and also where the staff will tell you the outcome of the litter as well as when they are born.
The most scenic and gorgeous place in the Axiom Pack's territory. There are several different types of flowers, all different colors, and not a tree in sight. It meets up with the Devonté Woods.
These are the Devonté woods, where the once great and deadly leader of the Axiom pack took his first breaths. They are named after him with a great honor.
The Crimson River, plentiful in fish, and is just outside of the Devonté forest. This is also a spot in remembrance of where Devonté was killed by other pack leaders, and some of his own turned against him. The River looks stained red every sunset, the exact time Devonté was killed.
This is Halcyon (hal-son) Cliff, where Devonté organized all his attacks against other packs in an attempt to seize them. It's also where his powerful Beta died by betraying Devonté. It's named after the Beta, Halcyon, to mourn his lost spirit, which is said to still haunt the place.
A very beautiful part of the Osment Pack's territory. Its the first thing you see when you enter the Northern side of the Osment territory. In the spring and summer, luscious and green, filled with the sounds of birds chirping. And in the fall and winter, just as beautiful only covered with snow or fallen leaves. And all around inviting place.
The giant waterfall it trinity falls that is to the the west of Nuesha woods. When Summertime comes, the wolves often have fun coming here and jumping into the ice cold water. Since the waterfall is constantly moving, it never freezes, even in the coldest temperature. It's always plentiful with fish, and the packs only source of fresh water.
These are the Gillus Hills, they are on the southern side of the Osment packs territory, and are what separate them from the Calyx territory. Or most of it anyways. They are named after the legendary leader Gillus, who was killed by Devonte of Axiom. There is a giant oak, of which he died under, dedicated to him.
Etheral Cave, a beautiful dark cave lit up by crystals hanging from the high walls that reflect light from the sun or moon. No matter how far down you go, you will always have light. It is named after the Alphess, Etheral, who died here from serious injuries. It was also the place she met her beloved Gillus, and chose to die here, after fighting against Devonte alone.
This is the Kismet river, a very long river that actually is part of Trinity Falls in the Osment territory. It is how the Osments warned the Calyx's about Devonte's attack, and how the great leader Kismet got all her pack members to safety, and then died stopping Devonte from crossing any further into her territory. She died here, and many say the stream is protected by her spirit.
These are the Lamond woods. Dark and dreary at night, but warm and welcoming during the day. The forest is pitch black on all nights, with the exception of a full moon. A wolf must have terrific eyesight to see in these woods at night.
The Shaguan rocks are what hang over the Beach, giving you a Birdseye view of the water below. Many wolves come up here at sunset or at night for a romantic time, or to think and relax. There is a trail leading down the side of the rocks to get down to the beach if you climb up here.
This is Quantiko Beach. It is at the very end of the Calyx Pack territory, and goes on for what seems like, forever. It keeps the wolves here wondering that, if there is a outside world, what it looks like.
A beautiful mountain lake, feed by springs on Moonsong Mountain. It's the main gathering spot of the wolves of Raishem pack. It's to the west of the territory, and also a little to the north.
The highest mountain in all the lands, to reach the top you must actually walk through clouds. Medicine wolves love it at the top because they feel closer with their ancestors. If a wolf were to howl from this mountain it would be audible from every corner of Acanthus.
A gorge to the east that is covered by plants that all grow with a bluish tinge for some reason. Medicine wolves think that the plants here are stronger, but in fact most of them are deadly in large amounts. This is because they are growing in soil that is highly metallic, and the metal is absorbed into the plants, poisoning anything that eats them. The gorge is a poor place to hunt because of this, although Bighorn Sheep are frequent in the spring.
A mid-height mountainous ridge to the south of Raishem territory, it prevents all comers from entering from the south. It is home to Skeleton Gorge, where many wolves have fallen from the precarious cliffs. The fall isn't fatal, but it's impossible to get out with even the slightest physical imperfection.
An almost giant desert wasteland that is inhabited by the Pherune pack. It is home to Jack Rabbits, scorpions, snakes, giant spiders, and pronghorns. There are some strange bones here that are uncovered, these belong to creatures that the oldest of wolves call 'hump-deer'.
The only water for quite a distance in this desert wasteland. It's a bad idea to stay around though, because it's also home to many poisonous snakes and bugs. [/center]
A large dusty depression in the ground. It is darker in color than the sandy hills around it. Fools think that if they dig they will find water, and thus there are more than a few bones in the dust bowl.
Where Loners and Outcasts come to live. Its not in the best conditions, but it's one of the only places they can go. the ground has a bunch of sharp leaves, rocks, and really anything that can pierce the sensitive pads on the bottom of a wolves paw. The wolves here tend to have rough paws after years of walking on these grounds.
This is a lovely little area, said to be made for lovers of separate packs. It is rarely used, not many wolves with a mate from another pack because its so hard to maintain, and only a few know of it.
The Evergreen Fields, a large field spotted with evergreens every now and then. It is the nicest place in the loner areas. It is used for hunting mainly, and a place to relax in harmony.
